How It Works

MyTenant makes renting transparent and organized. Your agent invites you to the platform, you complete your application, and once approved, you manage your tenancy from your dashboard.

Accept Your Invite

Your agent sends you an onboarding link via email or SMS. Click the link to see property details and expected charges before you begin.

Complete Application

Fill in 6 simple sections: Personal Info, Employment, Identity, References, Next of Kin, and Review. All data is securely stored.

Pay Application Fee

If required, pay via Paystack (card) or bank transfer. Once paid, your tenant account is provisioned with easy sign-in access.

Access Your Dashboard

View charges, pay rent, upload documents, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and message your agent — all in one place.
